As promised, here's a simple EOTD/N of me using the Freshwater eyeshadow from MAC. Its a really intense blue, its very pigmented. However, I still find myself tapping more on the lids compared to Mineral eyeshadows. Great thing though that the color is unique from my other blue eyeshadows. :)
I provided a simple tutorial for those who may want to try.
MAC Blue Flame
MAC Femme Fi
Ellana Siren MPM
Prestige Liquid Eyeliner in Azure
Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black
In2it liquid Eyeliner in Black
MAC Powerpoint Engraved
L'oreal Ultra-Volume Collagene Mascara
as always you are welcome to use other eyeshadows to recreate this simple blue eyelook.
Apply primer as usual.
Apply a true blue eyshadow with a firm eyeshadow brush.
Apply a darker shade of blue onto the crease, traving a wing on the outer edge of the eye.
Apply a beige highlight shade to the browbone. This softens the look of the eye and eliminate the punched-look.
Apply a yellow golden brown shade between the dark blue e/s and highlight color to give more definition and gradient to the look.
Apply blue liquid eyeliner on the inner lashlid. (optional)
Apply black liquid eyeliner and wing it.
Curl lashes and apply mascara.
I hope I was able to pull off a good eotd/n with one and that you enjoyed it!
'Til next look!
its a sold out brush at MAC and I'll be sharing my thoughts on it.
