Fall Inspired Nail Polishes | Revlon Colorstay Longwear Nail Enamel
But what I like best about these new nail polishes is their brushes! It's more flat and color
For a person who's got such a sunny disposition, I love darker shades of polish than brighter ones. I just think it compliments my skin better. Against a shade like Midnight and French Roast, my skin looks fairer Can you believe I use to think these were such "baduy" colors when mom would get her nails done?
Signs of aging? I think so, too. It's quite normal, I think, to check out my fave Fall shades from Revlon ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamel Collection.
Here are three shades that I think fits for the Fall season. Hold off on the reds and sparkles for a bit and enjoy darker, more antique shades until after Halloween.
French Roast is mix of brown red shade with subtle rainbow shimmers. It reminds me of chocolate instead of coffee.
Midnight is a deep teal blue that caught my fancy quite immediately.
Stormy Night is my favorite from the three. It's an elegant taupe shade that compliments fair to medium skin. I probably have 2 or 3 shades similar to it in my nail polish stash but that's alright. I like the richness of this one.
I don't consider nail polishes as something that I should buy all the time. I could barely finish a bottle so I think of it quite excessive to purchase one much less one that costs more than Php200. But this blog has shown me to be a bit more open to possibilities. I now get why many ladies in the blogosphere consider this as an addiction. If you find one that pleases you artistically as well those that delivers great quality (longevity, ease of use and shine), then I'm sold. After Revlon's Top Speed fast fry nail polish, I thought I wouldn't be impressed with other nail polishes. My mistake, the ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamel is now on my list as top nail polish purchase. :)
