Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF 15

Have I got the best news or what!

Say hello to the foundation fit for our country and our skin condition!!

Long-wear is exactly what this is and I could kiss Bobbi Brown and her team for coming up with a foundation that island girls like me will love. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF 15 is available now in the Philippines. I think it's only available in Asian countries like Hong Kon and Singapore.

This foundation is a great addition to Bobbi's Long-Wear line that has earned raves from my beauty gurus and beauty magazine editors.

What it says:
"Finally – a natural looking and long-wearing foundation. Ultra comfortable and hydrating, this medium to full coverage formula leaves skin looking poreless, perfected, and fresh up to 12 hours even in the most humid conditions. Includes broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF15 for daily protection against future damage."

Foundations have been my BFF for a very long time. I am a big spender when it comes to foundation because I want one of the first makeup to touch my skin to be the best. And usually, I find it in high end brands (good for you if your skin loves more affordable products).

What I love about Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF 15:

Unbelievably high coverage
Definitely looks like a second skin
Light weight feel
Great for oily skin!
Easy to apply (with any type of foundation brush or sponge)
A little goes a long way
Wide range of skin shade selections
The yellow tint in the foundation is great for brightening the face!
Lasts quite a while on the skin (4 to 6 hours)
It has SPF 15

What I don't...:

Nothing! I love this foundation. I actually think that Bobbi Brown can never go wrong when it comes to foundation (at least those I've tried). She got us down to T when it comes to our skin type and skin tone!

A little warning though, since the foundation is a little creamy, it can get cakey when you use a high coverage powder foundation. I suggest you use a loose setting powder or just a regular face powder to set the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation with SPF15 instead.

I still do get oily with this type of foundation (mostly on the nose part), but compared to a light to medium coverage, this is a much better choice for a full day ahead.

I wore the Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation for a day of  taking care of some of my requirements and attending events. The finish was so flawless, I got a VIP treatment and was confident enough to finish 2 dares at an event. Retouching wasn't that difficult, too. All I needed was  my handy oil-blotting film and face powder and I was ready to take on another task.

I honestly am not a confident person. I just seriously swallow inhibitions and fear but still scared to stare them down. So glad to be backed up with a good skin care and makeup plus friends who root for you.

Bobbi Brown has become a sort of pseudo-mom for me. The advice on her books ground me and makes me realistic and hopeful at the same time. I suggest you not only try her make-up but also her books. :)

Ignore the tired-looking eyes. Hehehe! I'm sort of sleep deprived for the past few months with work, events and blogging. Not to mention that I still try to have a normal social life in the process. I'm at point in my life that I'd rather have more time to spend with people I want to be with than have longer hours to sleep. I think I did enough sleeping in my past 28 years already. This time, I'd rather enjoy more waking hours taking in more experiences... After all, there's always good food and eye cream to save me! #LOL

Have you tried the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation? Tell me what you think! I'm eager to read them!
