Being both purveyor of beauty and style, it is not surprising the Shu Uemura collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld. Both also being a fan of each other, the chemistry was immediately obvious once Mr. Lagerfeld got hold of the wonderful cosmetics. It was so great that Karl created Mon Shu Girl, a chic tuxedo-ed beauty that beautifies every woman in the world. Same aswhat he does to every woman he designs for, Mon Shu will be there for you to give a tailor-fit beauty look you'll love.

I learned that Karl Lagerfeld used Shu Uemura eyeshadows to draw Mon Shu girl! What a truly great artist who doesn't discriminate with his artistic tool. When he has a vision, he can immediately translate it using anything!

I still am in awe that Karl Lagerfeld has his own brand under Shu Uemura. It's like a dream come true!

My favorite quote comes from Karl Lagerfeld and it says. "Buy Smaller Clothes, Buy Less Food." It makes sense, right? Doesn't really mean you'll starve yourself. It's just that you're eating for your right weight. A genius, really. :)
