I will accentuate the side of this cute cream satchel with a red scarlet Armando Carusso handkerchief and tie it like a carefree ribbon.

A dainty peter-pan collar blouse(sheer/chiffon) underneath a cropped blazer worn with a pair of cropped khakis is a great look for this satchel bag. Then a pair of white or cream slingback wedge would be a nice pair to choose for this outfit. Accentuate this look with a gold chain necklace for a more sophisticated and classy look.
