Nude Obssession for MAC Peachstock

Somehow this reminds me more of Barbie Doll's Makeup, except that I'm wearing a nude lipstick (hence, the title) while she wore pink lipstick. :)

I can't believe how many people are afraid of the Light Blue eyeshadow. I know many people think of it as the signature SM Lady makeup look.. hehehe! but it's nice naman, noh? Heck! Who am I kidding! Only a few of us, brave souls, can dare to wear as bright and as bold of a makeup look as this one. But I really like how this whole looked turned out... especially with the uber fabulous MAC Peachstock lipstick. :)

MAC Peachstock has been earning raves in the beauty blogging community abroad and it's not even available here. For good reason, too. Peachstock is matte peach shade that makes the perfect nude lipstick that doesn't cause the skin to look all too washed out. I've encountered nude lipsticks that made me appear zombie-ish and corpse-ish. But this one actually give a nice color to my lips. I am head over heels with this lippie! I am in love. I would like to thank S for acquiring this lipstick for me the last time she visited Canada.  And to J and J for being an enabler. Love yah, sis's!!

What about you? Have you found your best nude lippie?

  2. you look gorgeous with that blue eyeshadow, sis!
i started loving bright eye make-up..then i switched to neutrals..then now im beginning to like brights again! especially blues!

there's really something about blues that perks me up...green is good too, but i prefer blues more!

is peachstock almost the same with myth?
i have been forever thinking of getting myth but i think it's a hit or miss shade. my fave nude is blankety & i think myth might give me that 'cadaver' look for it might look too pale?

    OMG!
isn't being a girl so much fun?!
we can make a fuss about colors...hahahaha!

  3. I know what you mean. It's weird though. In SM, if their uniform for the day is blue, I think they feel required to don blue shadows as well. :))

  9. I think this is one of my favorites. You look young and blooming! I'm a fan of nude lipsticks and this shade is really lovely :) Shen, can you recommend another brand that is not as pricey as MAC with a similar shade?
