Summer here is slowly making its exit. But that doesn't mean you have to don't need sun protection.

Thoughts on the product: I’ve been using Shu Uemura UV Armor in SPF 30 PA+++ for a few weeks now. The scent is unlike typical sunscreen I am use to and it glides on well to skin. It's does not aggravate my oiliness at all.

Recommendations:

• If you’re an office lady only exposed to sunlight on your way to work and a few minutes walking to your favorite restaurant for lunch like me, then the SPF 30 PA++ will work nicely for you. But,
  
• If you’re a student who is frequently exposed to sunlight and live an outdoor active lifestyle, the SPF 50 PA++ would be the best as it will provide more protection from UVA/UVB.

Do note that the higher the SPF, the creamier it is and more prone to oiliness. Hence, my choice of SPF 30 and avoid staying out in the sun for longer period of time.

I would also like to inform you again that white lights or any kind of light emitting objects (flourescent, computer screens etc.) releases UVA/UVB. So, there is definitely no excuse not to wear sunscreen, indoor or outdoor.
