It’s been weeks when I started using Myra VitaGlow Tinted Facial Moisturizer. Because I’m lazy and don’t want to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror lately, this has been my saving grace. Let’s not mention that the BF was happy not to wait too long for me. Lol.

My life for the past weeks has been chaotic. Working, driving to and fro Metro Manila, lots of late nights writing and all weekend spent with friends. I really feel so guilty because I made a vow to live a healthy and proper lifestyle. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I have been thoroughly abusive of my body and my skin that I thought it would take its revenge on me. It was really a surprise that many of my friends noted how good my skin looked. Can you imagine that? I could hardly believe it myself.

Because of my hectic schedule, I’ve resorted to put away my usual regimen. What do I use instead? The Myra VitaGlow Tinted Facial Moisturizer. The time I save using this product was such a blessing because almost every minute counts in the morning. And yet, I can’t go out not looking good. With Myra VitaGlow Tinted Facial Moisturizer, I get the benefits of a moisturizer, a hint of color, sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection, a dewy glow, and best of all, it’s enriched with Vitamin E.

After more than a week of using Myra VitaGlow, my skin is a lot softer and smoother. I noticed this after cleansing my face during the evenings. It was like my skin just had a refreshing glass of water… I was really amazed with the results.

I’m also happy to share that for more than two weeks of using this, I have not experienced any breakouts. The shimmers from the minerals in Myra VitaGlow don’t bother me as well. It even helps in making my skin look dewy instead of the usual oily look. I guess since my face is well moisturized, oil production isn’t acting up so bad.

I can’t believe I’m saying this since I never really was the kind of girl who uses tinted facial moisturizer…. That all changed with Myra VitaGlow. Not only is it affordable (P135 only!) and easily accessible to me but it also delivers what it promises.

Products used:
Myra Tinted Facial Moisturizer in Ivory
Mineral Foundation
MAC Creemesheen Lipgloss

See, I told you it was easy look young and achieve that healthy skin. All we really need to do is find that perfect product for our skin. Glad I found mine with Myra VitaGlow.

Much Love,
Shen

When I found out about Myra VitaGlow Tinted Facial Moisturizer, I thought that it was something I already had in my vanity. I searched in every nook and cranny and realized that I didn’t even have one tube of tinted moisturizer! This was really a good time to get my hands on this.

When I saw ads pertaining to this specific product, I was awestruck. Imagine a tinted moisturizer that almost has everything you need on it!

It has sun protection of SPF15 against UVA and UVB.
It gives a hint of color that evens out the skin tone.
It can double as a make-up base.
It has minerals that are known to give glowing and healthy look to the skin.
It has Vitamin E that is known to keep skin soft, healthy and young-looking.
It is also dermatologist-tested to be mild, gentle and safe for everyday use.

I've never used tinted moisturizers before, but this seems to be such a promising product. Given that it is made by company that has been taking care of my health since I was young, I know that I am making the right decision in trying this new product.

Upon face value, you would think that this product cost is a bit on the high side. To my delight, this is only Php135.00 per tube. It comes in two shades, Ivory and Beige.

Ivory (the one I got) has a yellow undertone and the lighter shade between the two, while Beige has a pink undertone and darker than Ivory. I wouldn't mind having the two variants since I easily tan during summer months.

The consistency is light and a bit mousse-y (must be the dimethicone). It absorbs and dries a bit faster than I expected but still leaving that moisturizing feel. I love the feel of it, like when I apply my sunscreen but better because this is already giving me a good amount of coverage.

Shake well prior to use, my ladies. I use sponge to apply the Myra VitaGlow Tinted Facial Moisturizer to avoid unnecessary contamination through my hands. I evenly apply the tinted moisturizer and ensure that I concentrate on my blemishes pressing the sponge in patting motion.

The only con I am seeing are the shimmers (which I suspect is the mineral mica and iron oxides) that could ward off people who tend to have oily skin, like me. Fortunately, this one could be tamed by a simple face powder used to set the moisturizer, giving us that dewy look. But for those with normal to dry skin, the shimmer will work to their advantage as it will give them that healthy glow.

I believe I have a good thing going on right here. I am falling in love with the Myra VitaGlow Tinted Moisturizer. It seems to be an answer to my beauty regimen. Ever since I have achieved clearer looking skin, I’ve been looking for an alternative to just using makeup. Though I am not about to quit using makeup any time soon, I would love a product that I could just slather on my face and be done with it, something convenient and at the same time nurturing to the skin. I don’t know if it is me growing up or I’m just giving my skin more love than before. Lately, I want something that would keep my skin looking youthful and healthy.

So for the daytime, I am ditching my morning moisturizer for the Myra VitaGlow Tinted Moisturizer to help cut-off prep time in the morning. I know my skin will thank me for not having to put layers and layers of makeup on my face whenever I go out. My skin will have that glow even with just this product and a pat here and there of face powder like Myra Shine-Free Face Powder.

Here’s a before and after photo of me.

I am really loving this tinted facial moisturizer. And now I won’t have to take too long to prep up in the morning. I skipped applying my moisturizer, sunscreen and make-up primer. After using my toner, I applied the Myra VitaGlow Tinted Moisturizer and on to my powder, blush, contour, eye makeup and lipstick. After that, I am set and ready to conquer the world.

I suggest you grab one now, with its benefits and affordability, I’m quite sure this will be flying off the shelves real fast.

Addiction Rating: 10 (1 – I can live without it: 10 – I’m so all over it!)

Much love,
Shen
