The Spa Well Shangri-la East Wing | A Secret Garden, A Sanctuary
If there's one thing this city has taught me, it's to know where to escape when it gets too much. And you have to agree that the stress of the city can be a bit a much. And I've come to share with you one of my recent discoveries. A secret, actually. One I've come upon late last year after my trip in Hong Kong.
Just when I was about to get into the grind of the city, I paid a much needed visit to one of my newest sanctuaries, The Spa Wellness at the new East Wing of Shangri-la Mall. A haven in a heaven. :)
Located at the 6th floor, quietly secluded and away from the mall activities, I was able to get to the place with nary a trouble. So if you're done with shopping or work and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the metro, head on over to this pristine new haven.
