Happy Skin Shut Up And Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippies | Review and Swatch

Happy Skin has a way of wowing you with just a glance. The packaging alone was so charming that I already imagined my set up when I got a hold of my very own Happy Skin samples.

But of course, I still needed to take a closer look at the products before making a verdict.
First on the list is the Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippies.

Shut Up and Kiss Me  Moisturizing Lippie in Summer Fling and First Kiss, Php499 each.

Rich in collagen, shea butter and lots and lots of pigments, this is lip color and lip butter in one. Beware if you have really chappy lips as Summer Fling tend to settle on the lines. I have dry chapped puckers lately and lighter shade of lippies are not a great choice for me.

Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippie in Summer Fling.

Summer Fling is a lovely peach lipstick worthy of any Filipina skintone. Although I think that this would look best for those with fair to medium fair skin. It is incredibly pigmented like a lipstick but with a glide of a lip butter. It goes on easily on the lips but when yours is chapped (as in nagbabalat), be prepared to battle it out. Better yet, exfoliate first and make sure you get double amounts of fluid in your body. Good news, it goes on matte but still very much moisturizing. I like that it doesn't aggravate the dryness but rather helps improve my lips even.

Light lipsticks aren't really my favorite but with the simple look I'm going for lately, I needed to tone down the lips. Summer Fling proves be a great everyday lippie with the right application.

If you're looking for that perfect guava-ish lipstick, pick up Summer Fling.

Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippie in First Time.

Definitely the brightest lippie among the collection. First Time is a pick-me-upper pink lip shade. A bold pink that is great for for day and night time look. I wore this the whole day and I was pretty much happy with the staying power. It held up great with little need to retouch.

Consider this a statement lipstick especially if you're dipping your toes into colorful territories. I love that it's really girly but still has that oomph factor.

The swatch don't do justice with how pigmented these lip pencils are but as you can see, both shades are great for those with warm skin tones.

If you're on the look out for a lipstick that don't dry out your lips, have really nice staying power, attractive packaging, with a reasonable price tag, then you're in for a treat with Shut Up and Kiss Moisturizing Lippies. Even with the number of lip colors already stashed in my vanity, I think I might find myself collecting more from Happy Skin. :)

Have you tried Happy Skin's Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing Lippies? What shade are you feeling from the collection? :) What should be on my next review?
