It was finally revealed, minutes as Catherine Elizabeth Middleton, now wife to Prince William of Wale and Duchess of Cambridge hereon, emerged from the customized Rolls Royce limousine.

There's been so many speculation as to who will be the designer behind this royal wedding gown. But it came to no surprise when the world learned it was Sarah Burton, creative director of Alexander McQueen designs.

It's been said that the wedding dress was the result of Kate's idea and Burton's unique interpretation of wedding gowns. The train is about 6 feet tall of ivory silk, mimics a blossoming flower. The bodice was covered in french lace while the veil was topped with a beautiful tiara made by Cartier, loaned by the Queen.

I can't believe that Prince William is now married. I could still remember the time I collected this pictures from teen magazines like Bop and Tigerbeat. LOL.

Congratulations to the the newest married royal couple!

Her look is timeless,  elegant and very much understated. Her dress reflects her own sense of style as both simple and streamlined. Simplicity - that's the thing I adore most about Kate.

  3. Obviously there are a lot of things she could NOT wear. Sarah Burton did a great job on modernizing a classic look without overwhelming Kate. I wish I could find the same elegance when I shop for wholesale clothing online!
