Do you like crime and suspense with a little bit of psychology?

Then Lie To Me is exactly what you want.

Dr. Cal Lightman and his team are experts in applied psychology called, Microexpression. It's the ability to read even the tiniest facial or body expressions that signals a different reaction from what is exactly being said. Microexpression has been proven useful in determining the truth from convicts, serial killers and other crime suspects. This study has a relevant background and it being formed into a Television series just stirs the Psychology student in me.

Cal Lightman is a wonderful contradictory, played by Tim Roth (Hulk), he's exactly the lead that you would love to hate but still love in the end. The issues that surround his very own life along with each case he solves gives the viewers such a rush that has been lacking in many crime shows. The grandiosity attitude that Dr. Lightman have is very addicting, you'll crave for the next episode.

Don't just take my word. Watch it.

And I'm sure you'll pick up a thing or two about Microexpression.

Catch it on FOX channel (check with your cable operator)
Monday and Tuesday 10:00 p.m.

much love,
Shen
