Last Saturday, despite a bad migraine, I came to my friend's birthday party at Tomas Morato (a party central here in Manila). I've just recovered from a whole week or getting sick and I think I partied a little too early. But what the heck, I needed to be with friends after being cooped up in bed not only because of the flu but also with the bad weather we had last week.

This look is inspired by my nearly 4 year old top and the new body chain I made last week.

I have to think about what products I used but I'm dead sure I used my Space Pretty 48 e/s and blush palette (for the green base and black to smokey it out a little), the green mineral eyeshadows from Aromaleigh's Gothic Lolita Collection (Verdant Wisp and another), and Ellana Gorgeous Mineral Eyeshadow (another new gold e/s in their collection). The gel liner is the CS gel liner I got from Makeup Masala and the mascara is Lancome Oscillation (looooveeet!). I used my Urban Decay Glide-on Pencil in Zero for upper waterline. Oh! My eye primer is Smashbox Photofinish Eye Primer (similar to what Nessa uses. looooveeet!)

Face is courtesy of MUFE HD foundation and MAC Studio Fix Foundation. Contouring, care of MAC MSF's. Cheeks are blooming because of NARS Orgasm. I set my makeup with, what else, Ellana Sheer Velvet Mineral Finishing Powder.

Lips are from NYX Frost Beige (i think) and Smashbox lipgloss I got from a kit (will blog about that soon! promise!)

I'm really glad that I invested in good makeups because they truly make me look good despite my breaking-out-uber-bad-skin these days.

Disclaimer: I'm acidic so my foundation and face powder are lighter than my neck. I took these pictures right after application.
